About Us — Kaleo
How we work
The kaleo.bet desk is a two-editor outfit that tracks one operator per page. We revisit Kaleo on a quarterly cadence and after any material change — a payout cap shift, a new bonus skeleton, a studio dropped from the lobby. Every claim on this site is dated and linked back to the source we checked it against; if the trail breaks, the sentence gets pulled before the next publish rather than left to decay in place.
What we cover
We cover the Kaleo product end-to-end: welcome and reload bonuses, cashier limits in US, the mobile client on Android 8+ and iOS 13.4+, support hours, and the studios behind the slot shelf. What we don't cover: VPN workarounds, bonus hunting against operator terms, or celebrity endorsements. Those are not neutral territory and don't belong in a review that tries to be useful six months from now.
How we are funded
When a reader clicks a button on kaleo.bet and later deposits at Kaleo, the operator pays us a referral fee. That revenue has no influence on rating, ranking or the plus/minus list — those live in a separate editorial file that commercial can read but never edit. The firewall is documented on our Affiliate Disclosure page and audited every quarter against the git log of the review folder.
Contact invite
Spotted a stale bonus number, a broken payout window or a studio we missed? Write to [email protected] with the page URL and we'll update inside two business days or add a correction note under the article. Media and licensing enquiries go to the same inbox marked [press] in the subject line, and we try to turn press requests around the same day.
What this site is
kaleo.bet is an independent review publication, not an operator, not a licensing authority and not a customer-service channel for Kaleo. We don't hold funds, we don't process KYC and we don't resolve payment disputes — those paths run through Kaleo support directly. We're the editorial layer in front of the brand, and we are careful not to pretend otherwise anywhere on the site.
